One of the biggest problems that girls could have is ; BRITTLE NAILS (girls life is a daily struggle yeah)
So I came up with some tips(cures) that will for sur help to have beautiful and of course Strong nails :D 


  • For a good collagen formation, you'll need MANGANESE. => Spinach, beans, bananas, oats, and brown rice all contain mangnese.

Olive Fruit Extract
